This blend of Viognier and Vermentino, hand-harvested, is vinified and then aged for 6 months in barrels.
Expressive, this white wine reveals notes of pears, citrus, and garrigue.
The palate is round, fleshy, yet remains taut. A slight refreshing bitterness accompanies the mineral finish.
